The "SAVE" project was begun in the late 1980's under the name of Manila Short Wave Project (MSWP). Its goal was to install four 100kw short wave transmitters and steerable curtain antennas. Additional property adjoining the existing Bocaue site was purchased for the antennas. The ground breaking ceremony included the piling up of symbolic "stones of dedication" by staff. Upon completion of the project the stones were cemented together into a permanent pyramid of remembrance of God's faithfulness in providing for the US$8.5 million project. See #602 for plaque contents.
