A view of Hong Kong harbor from Victoria Peak, in about 1951. In the foreground is Hong Kong Island, with the dominating structure of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank building, and across the harbor, Kowloon. Many FEBC personnel passed through this harbor on ships returning to the United States from Manila. FEBC would establish an office in Kowloon in the 1960's. This is one of several high quality 3"x5" black and white prints of Hong Kong, acquired by a man who visited FEBC Philippines in about 1951. The prints are probably commercial, although not so marked. Images 578-582.
