This is New (Niu)Chang Teh, also described as "Tony" and "Thorndike New" who is a radio operator helping to record FEBC programs in Shanghai. The equipment in the photo is "part of the equipment shipped to China by the Far East Broadcasting Company." The studio itself was in Shanghai Grace Church, where the church was operating XMGC.
