Wires for the antenna grounding systems had to be buried underground. The tractor, driven by Don Smith, is pulling a home-built plow which pulls and buries the wires at the same time. Leo Maypa is flanked by MKs Jim and Steve Bowman, who add weight to the plow to keep it down. The photo was made July, 1953. See color slide of this event #637, 639.
