Photo #1 - Photo Essay by Byrd Brunemeier June, 1959-- This was the introductory photo.."It was recently my privelege to accompany our PM secretary, Mr. Isabelo Montejo, on one of his routine provincial inspection trips.....This time the area of visitation was out on one of the frontiers of civilization of the Philippines, at the extreme upper end of the the great Cagayan River Valley of northern Luzon, where the valley ends at the foothills of the Sierra Madre Mountains.
