This remarkable photo, undoubtedly taken in the early to mid 1940's, was located by FEBC personnel in Shanghai, in November of 2006. It shows the door to the studio in which broadcasting was already being produced by local Christians, when John Broger made his contacts in that city in 1946. The call sign of the station being used (XMGC) appears over the doorway, and can also be seen in photo #45. This photo was shown to FEBC by the son of Rev. Charles Chi (see #9), who was pastor of Grace Baptist Church at that time. The source of the photo appears in #1224. A broader view of this side of the building in 1946, is found in image #79.
