Philip Chen was installed as FEBC-Taiwan’s new Executive Director on July 8, 2006 replacing Jonathan Ma.
He had earlier been Dean of Academic Affairs at Christ’s College (2001-2005), and Professor at the Institute of Oceanography, National Taiwan University from 1983-2001
