There is no question that the DZAS tower was FEBC's most photographed icon. Here the 300 foot tower is viewed from one of the short wave masts, looking southward toward Manila. The bucolic countryside with its mango trees and rice paddies are still evident. Photo dated Nov. 12, 1951.
